Savings
Westbrook is currently offering some substantial discounts (up to $1,000) to you on your home air conditioning (a.k.a. home comfort system) system as our way of helping you and helping ourselves navigate these tough economic times. Just have one of our Home Comfort Experts come out for a no cost visit to your home. We'd even be honored to give you a Darden gift card just for allowing us to come out for a visit.
Stimulus
The federal government has extended the $1500 Federal Tax Credit for 2010! If you are a Florida homeowner this allows you to claim right off of your taxes up to 30% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum of $1500 if you install a qualifying heating and cooling system or qualifying tankless water heater system, or both.
In order for you and your family to take advantage of this "one-time" Federal Tax Credit, you must install a qualifying unit in 2010, and claim it on your 2010 Federal income tax return. The maximum amount is $1500. Please check with your tax advisor to determine the total amount you can qualify for.
Westbrook will send you a letter reminding you to be sure to include this on your 2010 tax return. If you have any questions about the Federal Tax Credit please give us a call. We are here to help you take advantage of this great opportunity.
Rebates
Right now several manufacturers are offering up to $1,200 on qualifying home air conditioning systems and numerous utility companies are offering rebates for installing more energy efficient systems in your home. Coupled with the Federal Tax Credit stimulus monies and the Westbrook savings you can get BIG SAVINGS off when you purchase a qualifying home comfort system. Just take a look at the top of this page to see how it all adds up.
